Stacey & Vincent - Owners
Stacey and her husband Vincent, now the proud owners of Mike’s Kitchen, both started out working right here. They fell in love with the place—and with the dream of building something special together. With the unwavering support of our wonderful team, they slowly shaped the restaurant into their own. For Stacey and Vincent, Mike’s Kitchen is more than a business—it’s a home filled with good food, warm memories, and the joy of welcoming every guest like family.
Kasey - General Manager
General manager Kasey has been part of Mike's Kitchen since 2025, bringing a wealth of restaurant and hospitality expertise. If it needs doing, Kasey’s on it—ensuring that the restaurant team operates smoothly and that every guest, including server Megan, leaves with a smile, just as owner Stacey envisions.
Megan - Server
Megan joined Mike's Kitchen in 2025 and came ready with plenty of serving experience. Under the guidance of general manager Kasey and owner Stacey, she’s quick with a smile, great with people, and always focused on giving guests the best experience possible as part of our dedicated restaurant team.
Noah - Server
Noah may be one of our newest team members at Mike's Kitchen, but he’s already known for his upbeat attitude and great smile. Under the guidance of owner Stacey and general manager Kasey, he loves helping guests feel right at home, much like server Megan does.
Jay - Cook
Jay brings energy and passion to the kitchen at Mike's Kitchen. Alongside our general manager Kasey, he loves cooking up the comfort food our guests crave. With the support of owner Stacey and the entire restaurant team, he takes pride in making every plate look—and taste—like home, just like server Megan would recommend.
